If a resource is in red, that means that you don't have enough of that resource.
Bourse unlocks when you build the Warehouse. In Bourse you can exchange goods. The goods are always the same, but there is a cycle limit (right bottom corner). There are two cycles of 12 hours per day, which start at 4:00 am and 4:00 pm UTC. On the right side are goods you give and on the left side there are goods you receive. The amount of the goods is displayed below the picture of each good. There is also an area where you can buy Ruby with real money or watch ads to get Coffee beans, Treasure map fragment level 1 or Katana.
