Discord is a platform for chatting, posting and just having fun together. The Discord App can be downloaded for mobile devices, PC/laptop or accessed via a browser. To access Discord an account is required, which can quickly be set up (for free).
The Nonograms Katana server on Discord was created and is managed by the community. The server is not influenced by UCdevs (it's "unofficial").
Overview[]
The Discord server has a sidebar on the left, containing categories, channels and threads.
A category is like a folder, which contains channels. Channels are places, where you can read posts and comment yourself. Categories are shown on the left side, comments in the middle of your screen on PC. On mobile you start with the overview of categories and channels. They hide on the left side to make room for the comments as soon as you tap on a channel (They come back when you click on the arrow in the top left corner). Threads can be made from comments, if you want to discuss a certain topic within the channel.
Imagine Discord like a country, full of cities and villages. The Discord servers are the villages (which can grow to cities.) Each village has houses, which will be the categories. The channels are the rooms inside this house. Every channel has a certain name/topic, so you know where you can talk about what. And just like if you are at a party in the living room, you will have conversations. Some will be very specific, so you can create a thread. Like those guys sitting on the couch and talking about the latest football game.

How to enter?[]
Anyone can enter our Discord server.
All you need is an account on Discord and to follow this invite link:

Next you have to accept the rules on our server and that's it. Now you can start to communicate with all our members. If you don't have an account on Discord yet, you can create one for free. Discord will ask you to do so after you clicked on the invite link.
