The Projects tab unlocks by reaching a certain progress point in the guild. Projects are little boosts, which require a lot of resources. These small boosts include, but are not limited to, item drop rate increases, item/experience points/Mental power boosts and production boosts. Projects are aimed for veteran players to "dump" all their resources in. Projects are not meant to be completed quickly or prioritized.

Available[]

The Projects tab becomes available by reaching a certain progress point in the guild. Requirements:

The Projects tab becomes available when all these requirements are met, except for one, but no investments can be made until the last requirement is met.

Projects[]

First the player has to choose a project group. All project groups are unlocked and either one can be chosen. To choose another project group, scroll down and tap "Projects". Each project in that project group has costs in form of "investment" - units and grants different bonuses. The bonus of each project group can be further improved by investing more into that group project, where each project adds the bonus (e.g. +1% XP * 10 projects = +10% XP in total).

The player can freely switch between project groups without losing investments as long as current investments don't exceed 33% of total investments required for that project. While above 33%, the player has to finish the current project.

This project group only unlocks after crafting Solver-1 prototype craftifact. With each project researched, the maximum size of a puzzle that can be solved with this craftifact increases by 1 (up to 25x25).


Investing[]

To complete a project of a project group a certain amount of investments needs to be made (starting at 10). Investments can be made by investing a fixed amount of certain items. The player can invest the same items multiple times. When an investment is made, the timer starts counting down the development time and it counts down only the fraction of the investment made (1/10 investments = 1/10 of the countdown). After that time has passed, the timer will stop until new investments are made.

Any of these items count as one investment. By completing one project of any project group, the next project of any next project group will cost +1 investment and +3 hours of development time more than the next one. The maximum project development time is 48 hours. There seems to be no upper limit for the number of investments.

Investment progress[]

By investing in a project the circle around the recycle icon will colored correspondingly.

  • Dark green - development time: in progress.
  • Light green - development time: completed.
  • Dark grey - whole development time.
  • Light grey - 33% of the whole project.

When a project is completed, the "Project complete" button has to tapped to complete the project (similar to buildings). Below, completed projects will be displayed. Fully completed project groups will be marked with a golden check mark, while partially completed project groups will be marked with a green check mark. While the light grey color on the circle is visible, the player can switch to a different project group and all investments will be transferred to the chosen project.

Restrictions[]

The player can't only invest into only one project group - investments need to be spread to other project groups.

  • Project group lvl. 4 requires 4 completed projects (+1 project from another project group).
  • Project group lvl. 5 requires 7 completed projects (+3 projects from another project group).
  • Project group lvl. 6 requires 10 completed projects (+5 projects from another project group).
  • Project group lvl. 7 requires 13 completed projects (+7 projects from another project group/s).
  • Project group lvl. 8 requires 16 completed projects (+9 projects from another project group/s).
  • Project group lvl. 9 requires 19 completed projects (+11 projects from another project group/s).
  • Project group lvl. 10 requires 22 completed projects (+13 projects from another project group/s).

Project groups lvl. 11 and higher have no restrictions.

Trivia[]

  • The usual recycle icon has a ginko leaf instead of a third arrow (see Green List in Sent by Users).
  • While a project is developing, the circle with the recycle icon spins.
  • There is a total of 210 projects in 18 project groups.
  • To complete all 210 projects, the player would have to continually invest for 415.5 days.
