Punched card is an item. It is mostly acquired for quest Once upon a forest Chapter XII: Around th World Journey It is mostly used for crafting craftifact Solver-1 prototype. Note that this page contains only acquisitions and uses for Punched card. For example, for crafting a certain item, additional items might be needed.
Acquisitions
Punched card can be acquired by:
- Completing quests.
- Once Upon a Forest Chapter XII: 4 x Punched card.
- This chapter unlocks upon completing chapter III and visiting F1. Requires completing F1, F2, F3 and F4 again (each completed level rewards 1x Punced card).
- Once Upon a Forest Chapter XII: 4 x Punched card.
Uses
Punched card can be used for:
- Crafting craftifacts.
- Solver-1 prototype: 4 x Punched card.
Trivia[]
There was once a small competition by UCdevs, which involved decrypting the secret message on the item. The secret message was "So1ver", which was quickly decrypted by Maxxkazimieszko. The reward was 50 x Ruby, which were sent as a promotional code to user's email address. The solution is a reference to the craftifact: Solver-1 prototype.
Explanation of the encrypted message[]
The Punched card has a grid, where some lines are thicker. The grid has to be read from top to bottom, left to right (see image below). A thicker line represents a "1"; others are "0". With that in mind, we get 6 rows, where every row has 7 digits (zeros or ones). Every row represents a character. To convert these 7 digits of ones and zeros use ASCII - more precisely, the table with printable characters.
